In the second personal finance book written by Vic and Avelynn Garcia, they have shared on why people keep borrowing money and gave some tips on how to avoid debts. In order to avoid debt, it is better to follow the 70-20-10 rule wherein 70% of your income goes to expenses, 20% goes to savings and 10% goes to tithings or charity.
